elping Everyone Live Productively (H.E.L.P.) has established a scholarship fund for persons with physical disabilities to further their college goals. Furthering one's education and stimulating the intellect, not only enriches a person's life, but also the lives of those who come in contact with them. With simple foresight and careful planning persons with, often severe, mobility impairments can function with relative independence.
